Terms of Service & Commercial License Agreement
Last verified & updated: October 26, 2026
1. Commercial Multi-Project Production License
Purchasing any DevHubTools starter kit, boilerplate, or n8n workflow bundle grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, adapt, and deploy the source code in unlimited personal, commercial, internal enterprise, and client-facing production applications.
2. Unlimited Client Work & Agency Deliverables
Agencies, freelancers, and independent contractors may use purchased starter kits to build commercial applications for paying clients. You may transfer the compiled or customized solution to your end client as part of a bespoke software deliverable without incurring additional per-client royalty fees.
3. Single Developer Seat vs. Team Collaboration
Individual commercial licenses cover usage by the single developer or engineering team member who made the purchase. Team members working directly on the same commercial repository are permitted to collaborate, test, and commit code derived from the licensed bundle.
4. Prohibition on Standalone Redistribution & Resale
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, package, or make publicly accessible the unmodified source code, raw template archives, or original .n8n.json workflow packs on competing template marketplaces, public GitHub repositories, or developer asset stores as standalone products.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All digital templates, workflows, scripts, and utilities are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DevHubTools does not warrant that code execution will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with future breaking changes in third-party APIs. Under no circumstances shall DevHubTools be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
6. Intellectual Property, Source Audits & Governing Law
All original architecture designs, documentation, and starter kit implementations remain the intellectual property of DevHubTools. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved under the applicable laws and jurisdiction designated in our corporate registration.
